Kinghaoi Warranty Policy

1、Kinghaoi Brand Warranty

Original Kinghaoi branded SSD and DDR modules carry direct factory limited warranty. Supported by full SN traceability and 100% burn-in test, standard models have 3–5 years warranty; industrial products apply customized terms. Warranty covers manufacturing defects. End users may submit RMA and technical support directly to Kinghaoi.

2、OEM Private Brand Warranty

Warranty for OEM private label products follows signed project contract. Kinghaoi provides factory QA, batch traceability and bulk RMA support only to our OEM partners. We offer failure analysis and FAE support for mass quality issues. End-user after-sales service shall be handled by your own brand.

3、Neutral / White Label Warranty

Neutral white-label products provide basic factory limited warranty solely for the original bulk buyer. Kinghaoi does not offer direct after-sales service to end users. All items pass complete IQC/IPQC/OQC tests with batch records reserved. Warranty scope will be adjusted for special customized specifications.
