Kinghaoi factory is a vertically integrated production base with 5 modern SMT lines and a monthly output of 3,000,000 units, dedicated to both SSD and DDR memory manufacturing. From component incoming inspection to finished-goods shipment, every stage is controlled in-house — not a trading company, not a middleman.

SMT Production Lines & Automation
Our 5 SMT lines support high-speed placement for both SSD PCB assemblies and DDR memory modules, with automated programming, reflow soldering and in-circuit testing running under one roof.
By producing SSD and DDR in the same facility, we control component placement, firmware flashing and functional testing in-house — reducing handoffs, lead times and quality risks for every OEM order.
Quality Control & Burn-In Testing
Every Kinghaoi SSD and Memory Module passes a closed-loop QC system: IQC on incoming NAND and DRAM, IPQC during SMT assembly, and OQC before shipment. Every batch undergoes high-temperature burn-in, compatibility validation and performance verification, with full serial-number traceability from raw components to finished product. This is how we guarantee batch-to-batch consistency for global distributors and OEM partners.
Dust-free Workshop & Aging Laboratory
Our dedicated aging laboratory runs continuous high-temperature burn-in for every SSD and memory module before shipment, ensuring stable performance under sustained workloads.
Combined with controlled-environment assembly areas, this in-house testing capability reduces field failure rates and sets Kinghaoi apart from typical assembly-only houses — a level of vertical quality control rare among storage manufacturers at our scale.
