Q1.What does Kinghaoi manufacture?
We produce 2.5″ SATA SSD, M.2 SATA SSD, mSATA SSD, NVMe SSD, Portable SSD, Memory Cards and DDR3/DDR4/DDR5 Memory Modules (UDIMM, SODIMM, RDIMM) for consumer, commercial, industrial and enterprise applications.

Q2.MOQ?
Standard in-stock models start from 100 units per SKU.
For OEM/ODM orders with custom logo or packaging, MOQ is 200 units.
Sample orders of 1 piece are available for quality evaluation.

Q3.How fast can get samples?
Samples ship within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
Pre-production samples for OEM projects are ready in 3-5 days, and sample costs can be deducted against your first bulk order.

Q4.What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Ready stock ships in 3–5 working days.
OEM/ODM bulk orders take 15–25 working days after deposit, depending on quantity and customization. With 5 in-house SMT lines and 3 million units monthly capacity, we support both repeat orders and urgent deliveries.

Q5.Payment Methods?
We accept T/T, Bank Transfer, Wise Transfer and Western Union.

Q6.How do Kinghaoi ship orders？ What trade terms we offer?
We ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight or sea freight based on your volume and urgency.
Trade terms include EXW Shenzhen, FOB Shenzhen and CIF. Usually Duties and taxes at destination are not included.

Q7.What OEM/ODM customization options Kinghaoi support?
We offer Logo Printing (silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer), Heatsink Color, Label Design, Retail Packaging, Preloaded Data, Firmware Tuning, XMP/EXPO Profiles and Capacity Configuration.

NDA(Non-disclosure agreement) is available for every project.

Q8.What warranty do your products carry?
Internal SSD and DDR memory modules come with a 3 / 5-year warranty. Every item passes 100% burn-in testing before shipment.
For RMA, send us the serial numbers and test reports; we process claims and ship replacements in your next order.

Q9. Products Certifications?
Our products carry CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH certifications, and we operate under ISO 9001 quality management.
SSD and DDR modules are compatibility-tested with mainstream Intel and AMD platforms.
Additional regional certifications (KC, BIS, etc.) can be discussed for specific markets.
